The method of preparing:

To prepare zaalouk follow this method take two eggplants and peel them then cut them into small pieces add to them two scrubbed tomatoes and scrubbed garlic, and cut parsley finally we add salt, ginger, black pepper, turmeric, paprika, cumin, oil then put this on fire until they get ready.
